FOUNDER + PRODUCER

Ciela is an all-around creative. In the realm of film she expands her reach of redefining the impossible and UCUARA was born as a result. Her journey started by traveling the world as a documentary filmmaker in her 20’s (pre-selfie society/iPhone), had a short film premiere in Cannes, and continues with GURU as her current focus. Ciela’s lived experience of psychological thriller-esque experiences has given her plenty of ripe material to source from as well as her unyielding imaginative vision. A producer of events, EP’s, short films, books, businesses, etc., today she is forging a new path in music and as a New Yorker while stoking the fires of her many creative projects.

PRODUCER

Abby loves film and TV. Her entertainment and production experience is a vast exploration of her passion. She started in post production as an assistant working on several pilots before settling in as a cast assistant on the longest running show on Netflix, Grace & Frankie. In-between seasons, Abby worked on films including, “Our Souls at Night” “Book Club” and the upcoming “Moving On” and “80 for Brady”. She is enthusiastic on set, thrives in creative atmospheres, shows up with a can-do attitude and is now aspiring to create and produce her own projects. When Ciela shared GURU with her, Abby immediately knew it was something special and necessary to share with the world.
